Job Title: Marine HSE Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Marine HSE Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental procedures within Dixstone Marine fleet. This role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, conducting safety audits, developing and delivering safety training programs.
Company:
Dixstone NL, managing a fleet of 25+ assets (including AHTS, MPSV, DSV, Multicats, Self-Elevating Units, Pipelay barge, barges) operated in WAF
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures in cooperation with the Compliance Department
- Conducting safety inspections and audits
- Investigating accidents and incidents and sharing REX within the fleet
- Following closure of HSE observations
- Providing safety training
- Working closely with other departments to promote a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in HSE
- Experience working in a marine environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Working language is English
