Construction
Construction of self-installed platforms, diving support vessels and accommodation barges as well as LNG barges.
Conversion
Trading tanker conversions to FSOs / FPSOs, LNG, conversion of drilling jack-ups and offshore service vessels. An alternative to a new build, a way to improve delivery time and to reduce the carbon footprint of the project.

Our story
A global player
Construction & Conversion department Business model evolved during the years from a simple construction company to a multi-activity pole dedicated to supporting its principals and offering turnkey solutions. Our initial target was the Gulf of Guinea market which was a geographical area with potential needs for engineering solutions, but with the years, our coverage grew to Europe and the Americas.
Today, we are a team of more than 50 collaborators who come from multinational backgrounds and who build decades of experience in our various activities.

Our activity started as a simple construction company. Shortly thereafter, it was clear that our main clients had further needs. This push in demand and diversification, allowed us to widen our range of services to better serve our clients.
