As a Systems Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and running a business-oriented systems support function and contribute to implementing and maintaining the company’s SAP MM system. Your expertise and commitment will ensure efficient and timely support for uninterrupted business operations.

Role and responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for SAP MM and other systems.
- Monitor our systems' performance, propose enhancements, and implement improvements.
- Troubleshoot incidents within SAP and perform configuration/customisation tasks for resolution.
- Collaborate with Third-party representatives to resolve complex issues and fulfil customisation requests.
- Assist business stakeholders in defining requirements for new functionalities and formalise specifications for customisations and deployments.
- Perform analysis, configuration, and customisation tasks related to change requests in SAP MM.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP applications, including technical specifications and system changes.
- Manage system access rights and license consumption within SAP.
- Prepare and update reference and training materials for SAP end users.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in functional and technical support of SAP MM.
- Scripting skills for automation and customisation are a big plus.
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to business stakeholders.
- Agile mindset with strong prioritisation and execution skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Customer-centric and collaborative attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Or comparable work experience.
