Delivering Integrated Offshore Solutions and Services
Dixstone was formally established in 2023 through the consolidation and reorganization of various businesses and entities affiliated with Perenco.
Today, Dixstone has a global workforce of approximately 2,200 people, of which nearly 700 people are employed directly. The Group operates through multiple offices, with activities spanning 10 countries and its headquarters based in the Netherlands. The Group owns and operates construction sites in both the Netherlands and Gabon. Our primary construction yard, located in the south of the Netherlands, benefits from its strategic proximity to the North Sea and its integration within a well-developed maritime ecosystem supported by an extensive network of contractors and suppliers. Meanwhile, our port in Gabon provides a strategic advantage due to its proximity to key operational regions, enabling efficient logistics and local market responsiveness. Dixstone offers a comprehensive portfolio of services tailored to meet the needs of the maritime and offshore industries, focused on oil and gas services activities.
